What Youll Do:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to address complex business challenges across the energy value chain (upstream, midstream, downstream).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, domain experts, and technical leaders to operationalize models and integrate them into business workflows.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, visualization, and model testing using Python and Azure ML/Databricks .
• Identify new opportunities to apply advanced analytics and automation for performance optimization.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• Mentor peers, foster innovation, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

What Youll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience designing and building AI/ML models.
• Deep expertise in mathematics, statistics, and data science methodologies .
• Strong proficiency in Python ; hands-on experience with Azure AI/ML services preferred.
• Understanding of energy sector workflows and data-driven operational use cases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
